Shopnatural does not assume any warranties for the availability of any ordered products and reserves the right to not deliver items that are not available.

Once you purchase a product from www.shopnatural.ch, you will receive a confirmation email.
This means that your order has been accepted.
We will send you the package as soon as possible and you will receive an email with a tracking number.
All orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next working day.
Orders placed on a business day after 4pm are processed the next business day.
Delivery is made via the Swiss Post Office, but we have the right to substitute or use another courier company.
For orders up to a total value of CHF 99.99, we charge a small order fee of CHF 6.00

8. Withdrawal / Return
The customer has the right to return all or part of an order within all of (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

The right of withdrawal is provided for in articles 3e to 3a of Law 2251/1994 but does not apply in the following cases:

-the goods have been used
-the goods are not in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

-In the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return, for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery,
- the supply of goods which, because of their nature, are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.
The return of goods shall be deemed a revocation of the purchase order. The customer shall return the goods at customer’s own risk, liability and expense.
Please clarify that the maximum return period for a replacement cannot be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days.

In the event that any of the products you have received are defective, or have been damaged in transit, the client needs to complete our Cancellation Form* and send it to us, as soon as possible but no longer than 48 hours after receiving the goods. The customer shall return the goods within (14) calendar days and all transport cost are at the expense of Mathis Trading GmbH.
The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send back the goods before the end of the period.
Refunds to the customer are made within (5) working days after receiving the goods at our address.

9. Liability Exclusions and Warranty
Online shop www.shopnatural.ch shall not assume any liability for errors in figures, prices, copy or because of late delivery or non-shipment.
Upon handover of the goods to the transportation company, the shop shall have fulfilled all of the following obligations vis-à-vis the customer arising from the purchase order and the right to use as well as the risk shall transfer to the customer. Shopnatural.ch shall not assume any liability in the event that the goods are not handed over directly to the customer by the transportation company, but are left on the doorstep by the transportation company in customer’s absence or handed over to a neighbor , etc.
