Shipping & Return

1. Shipment and Delivery

Only for Switzerland.

We will send you the package as soon as possible.

All orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next working day.

Orders placed on a business day after 4pm are processed the next business day.

Delivery is made via the Swiss Post Office, but we have the right to substitute or use another courier company.

Approximate estimated delivery time 3-6 working days.

The delivery time depends on the quantity of products ordered as well as on circumstances beyond our control.

All delivery times and dates are non-binding estimates. The customer shall not be entitled to construe any rights from failure to meet these time limits and shall be bound to accept the goods.

2. Withdrawal / Return

The customer has the right to return all or part of an order within all of (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

Please, complete our Cancellation Form* and send it to us.

The right of withdrawal is provided for in articles 3e to 3a of Law 2251/1994 but does not apply in the following cases:
-citing grounds

-the goods have been used

-the goods are not in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
- in the supply of goods which may be spoiled or expire soon.
-In the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return, for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery,
- the supply of goods which, because of their nature, are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.

The return of goods shall be deemed a revocation of the purchase order. The customer shall return the goods at customer’s own risk, liability and expense.

Please clarify that the maximum return period for a replacement cannot be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days.

In the event that any of the products you have received are defective, or have been damaged in transit, the client needs to complete our Cancellation Form* and send it to us, as soon as possible but no longer than 48 hours after receiving the goods.

The customer shall return the goods within (14) calendar days and all transport cost are at the expense of Mathis Trading GmbH.

The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send back the goods before the end of the period.

Refunds to the customer are made within (5) working days after receiving the goods at our address.
